  1. Installing TV Mounts on Stucco and Block Walls- South Chandler
Difficulty: Moderate

Mounting a TV on a stucco or block wall requires precision and the right tools.

  • Stucco Walls: Stucco alone isn’t strong enough to support a TV mount. I locate the nearest studs behind the stucco and use longer bolts to securely attach the mount. This creates a stable and reliable installation. Using anchors directly in the stucco is a common mistake I avoid, ensuring your setup is safe.

  • Block Walls: For block walls, I use large anchors combined with construction adhesive to create an exceptionally strong bond. This ensures your TV is securely fastened, giving you peace of mind.

  • Tip for outside TV's--Due to high summer heat here in Arizona, if you mount a TV outside use a cover to protect it from the elements and high heat, which can damage the electrical components.

  1. Glass Door Installation- Chandler
Difficulty: High

Installing glass doors combines precision with strength.

The heavy weight of the glass and tight spaces can make this a challenging task, but I approach each job methodically and use a helper. By working carefully and ensuring all materials are prepped and in the right position, I achieved a great installation.

I also conduct thorough post-installation testing to ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability.

  1. Custom Door Slab Installation-Tempe
Difficulty: High

Custom door slabs offer a cost-effective and stylish solution for your home.

Unlike pre-hung doors, these slabs require precise adjustments for width, hinge placement, and alignment with existing frames. I work closely with Arizona Door & Trim, for custom cuts. I router hinge placements for a perfect fit.

The result? A seamless installation that saves you money compared to pre-hung options.

  1. Custom Free Standing Steps-MESA
Difficulty: Low-Moderate

Transform your manufactured home’s entryway with beautiful, functional steps.

These steps are designed to enhance both aesthetics and usability. Built on the existing fiberglass frame, I use composite materials for durability and wood for cost-effective railings. I found a similar colored paint to closely match the composite materials.

The steps are larger and sturdier than standard ones, adding more space and adding to the home a welcoming touch.

  1. Custom Shelving On A Sloped Floor- Gilbert
Difficulty: Very High

Creating functional and visually appealing shelving on uneven surfaces is a true test of craftsmanship.

For a YouTube studio, I tackled the challenge of a significantly sloped garage floor. Using off-the-shelf base cabinets from Lowe's, I built a level platform and customized openings to meet the client’s specifications. The result is a striking and functional shelving unit that’s perfect for the studio’s needs.

Note: I used a very bright yellow color to make the presentation look striking on a YouTube video. I sprayed the shelving and cabinets for a smooth finish.
