Small Handyman Projects & Task Lists

$95 Per Hour · 2-Hour Minimum

Perfect for repairs, installations, and household to-do lists.

• Flat hourly rate: $95 per hour

• Two-hour minimum

• No trip charges within our primary service area

• Task-list friendly — we focus on completing as many items as possible during each visit

This option works best for projects such as:

• Door and hardware repairs

• Fixture replacements

• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs

• Adjustments, repairs, and general home maintenance

Materials & Hardware Policy

We keep material pricing simple and transparent.

• Materials may be:

  • Supplied by the homeowner, or

  • Purchased by us on your behalf

• If we purchase materials:

  • Our standard hourly rate applies for shopping, transport, and delivery

• Materials and hardware are billed at actual cost

  • We do not mark up parts or materials

  • Common consumables (bits, blades, fasteners, misc. hardware):
    $6–$10 per job, based on usage

Large & Multi-Day Projects

Upfront Fixed Pricing

For larger or more complex projects—typically requiring more than one day to complete—we provide a written, upfront quote.

• Outside these areas:

  • $75 on-site evaluation fee

  • Fully credited back if you proceed with the project
