Hello! I'm John McTighe, owner of Reliable Service Company here in Chandler AZ. Thank you for stopping by our site; we hope to make your home a better place to live.

My family and I have been dedicated to helping individuals and businesses since 1998, engaging in various sales and service ventures over the years revolving around home service.

 

In 2019, we made the move from Fargo, ND, to Chandler, AZ, and established this handyman and home services company to assist you with small tasks in your home or business here in the East Valley. 

​

It was a big move, we didn't know anyone in the area, and the weather is a bit different than the cold upper mid west. ❄️

 

Starting a new business is difficult, but we quickly gained new clients with hard work and relationship building over time.

​

For the first 2 years I worked 7 days a week, learning about what services people want in the East Valley, and expanding my skills to meet the need. 

 

Getting used to working in this weather was a challenge, but since then I've adapted and work to deliver better and more skillful craftsmanship over time.

​

Fast forward to 2024 and we are approaching 600+ clients in the East Valley! 

​

We're equipped to handle a wide range of small repairs, replacements, upgrades and maintenance tasks. I own an extensive range of tools and keep a variety of hardware in my cargo van, to save time and provide efficient service.

We understand you work hard for your money, and have worked to maintain fair pricing to allow our business to operate and provide the most value to you

 

Our cost for service is simple: a flat rate of $85 per hour, plus materials if any. For larger projects, we provide an upfront quote.

 

We believe your job, however large or small, is an investment in maintaining or upgrading your home. 

 

We have made scheduling super easy, simply click on my calendar link and pick an open time that fits your schedule.
